More About Me
Experience, Knowledge, ProfessionalismLicensed since 1989 and a Broker since 1998, I have earned several professional designations along the way including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), SRES, a Senior Certification program offered by the National Association of Realtors, Accredited Buyer Respresentative (ABR), and the highly distinguished Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by fewer than 5% of Realtors nationwide. Most recently I have been certified as a Negotiation Expert (CNE). I have the knowledge, experience and ability to meet your real estate needs. In my former life I was a registered nurse with a certification in geriatrics. Experience, education and caring count when you are making important decisions.
Whidbey Island SpecialistAs a Coupeville resident since 1971, I know Whidbey Island and can assist you with any of your real estate needs. Getting to know new people and renewing friendships through real estate is the reason I have one of the best jobs in the world. I try to live up to the saying "There is very little traffic in the extra mile" by going the extra mile to help my clients reach their real estate goals.
Windermere AdvantageBecause of my association with Windermere, I can offer you many benefits not offered elsewhere. Our Bridge Loan Program and Premier Properties are two examples. The Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to assist the homeless, is funded by contributions from each sale. I have been our office coordinator of this program since 1994.
Giving Back to My CommunityWhen I am not listing and selling real estate, I serve on the board for the Whidbey General Hospital Foundation, and volunteer in my church, The Coupeville Boys and Girls Club, my grandchildren's classrooms, and the community in general. In a small community like Coupeville, there are always needs to be met by volunteers. I take pride in my many years in Soroptimist International of Coupeville and all the community service provided.
